The muzzle loader was delivered to a ffl, but I was not required to fill out the forms since it was a muzzle loader. Safe way to send a firearm across state lines. No big deal for me. Thanks Ken.

This rifle loads from the muzzle but uses shotgun primers and has a bolt action to put the primer in place behind the powder charge. I figured to play it safe and send it to FFL dealer.
