Just picked up ANNB 223 R 15 223, looking for the matching camo upper in 450 BM with at least 1 magazine. Thanks! :D

Welcom aboard Matey!

Fyi. Beings that you are a 45-70 shooter already, you won't be surprised by the Terminal Effects of the 450b. We have a slight edge on the 45-70, enough so that we can say it, but the reality is, you won't be able to see much difference on Big Game. Unless of course you start souping things up and start using some of these really great bullets we have available to us, something the 45-70 is somewhat lacking in. After about the 375-400 grain bullet area, even the 45-70 and many other 45cals (including ours) start to go into diminishing returns. Oh sure I can make a bowling ball come out the end of the barrel, but than, only your toes are in danger. (I bet you guys haven't heard that one from me before?? Well , maybe not more than a few times.)..

Thanks for your welcome. Not having much luck finding ANY 450 Bushmaster upper or even a 450 SOCOM !

Insofar as the 45-70 goes, it's a great cartridge in my 1885 Browning, but the second shot is not quite as quick as an AR.

Thanks, again!

You might check with James at Trident Armory. But your camo pattern is gonna probably have to be something that you DIY, cuz I don't think Remmy ever sold the uppers separately. Just the complete rifle.

And.. Remmy never did make just an R-15 450b upper. They made whole guns and one just several weeks ago, went on GunBroker for $4000.00..

Gonna be funny when Feinstein's bill dies in the Senate and all the people ripping off their fellow gunownsers will be left with a lot of ammo and guns they paid too much for. :D

I don't know if "funny" is going to be an accurate description.
What worries me most is that now we have all these "noobies" gun owners with no experience on how to handle/use/store them safely. We need to really push new gun owners to get safety training, maint instruction and storage advice on their new firearms.
