This tube came stock with my Franklin Armory upper. The tube itself is like new. The barrel nut has a some dings in the threads and on the outside (see pictures) but it still threads on without any problems and is solid. You can't see them when it's on, so if that doesn't bother you here's a good tube for cheap.
