We have a few 1:32 slow twist 450 Bushmaster barrels we're blowing out. 18", mid-length gas system, .875 gas block, threaded 11/16-24.

Will these shoot the 250 Hornady factory ammo fine?

No, you need the 1:24 for the factory polymer tipped bullets. However, they do shoot conventional lead core jacketed bullets very well in the 250gr range. The 240gr and 250gr Hornady XTP's shoot great in the 1:32 twist barrels.
