I'm running a tromix 18" upper and was contemplating the qcomp for it. Any pros or cons? Thanks for your input in advance.

The Q-comp has exceeded my expectations, the concussion is not as bad as most brakes heck it's no worse than an A2 birdcage...

The recoil is harder for me to judge - I'm running a super light setup so it's kicking like a small mule anyways.

The price is certainly right and it looks (quality and craftsmanship) like it should cost twice as much as MSRP.
