Bushmaster 450 used flat-top upper.

Hoots weighted carrier application.
Ready to drop onto lower and fire away.
Includes loading dies and some used brass and about 40 rounds of new brass
One 5rd mag and three extra black followers

Has had around 100 rounds through it.
