I suppose I could do it as a slide show with text footnotes and post it to youtube. Never authored with youtube. Is it a hassle signing up? Do you have to give an email that then gets spammed to death? I'm flexible.

About 80% done this evening. Should be able to finish up tomorrow morning.

Eric, I can throw this together in a single word document and save in htm or upload a paragraph, image, paragraph, image.... linear progression. Probably put a bandwidth warning in the title. This isn't some Cecil B. DeMill work of art, by any stretch of the imagination.
