Slight head trauma. I am so glad you cannot eat their heads. I'd go Hungry! Image

I did get to drop a doe with mine this year (we only have a 2 wk deer season) but I want to shoot more things.. The only thing we have plenty of with a longer season would be squirrel and groundhogs.. hmmmmmm

I took a real nice heavy doe during the last week of rifle season,

I also took a porcupine, 50 yard shot from my deer stand, after I shot I actually thought there was two porc's in the tree as what I thought was a complete porc fell out of the tree, but when looking thru the scope it was only the upper half of the porc's body still holding onto the tree...............

Wowzers jbagwell!!! Did you have to buy another freezer? Nice harvest! Did you use factory loaded ammo exclusively? How'd you think the 450 performed compared to other calibers/ammo you've used? Did you recover any bullets? Poor lil piggy looks like he had a headache... for a split second.

Just got home from a restaurant that serves game meats... had my first Elk and gator tonight. The elk was wonderful... the gator, not so much. Now I've added Elk to my dream hunt(s) and won't bother with reptiles. Wonder how many elk have been taken to date with the .450 Busmaster
