Any chance of letting us know the block location ?
I should be doing some work in southern la soon.
My 450 rounds don't have a hook , so your " honey hole " is safe.
( I'll keep it on the low, but 'sheep dawg is probably working up some fish loads)

Perhaps a load of fish?

It must be strange for you that you live where the ground stays where you left it.

I have spent quite a few years working in southern Louisiana .
Looks like I am going to do it again.

The few times that I watched "swamp people", I didn't need the subtitles.
My " Cajun onstar " is fully operational as well.

I miss my Cajun brothers and sisters of Louisiana.
Spent several years going to deer camps in Coushatta and Zwolle and
Many many days at my friends fishing camp on Lake Bisteneau.
I LOVE LAKE BISTENEAU!!!
I'm a fishing fool and I wished I still had my bass boat.

Oh yeah. The ground STILL doesn't stay where we left it around here, either. Maybe not like down there, but its really bad on foundations here.

I have several pics on my FB of Bisteneau after the May 2010 draw down to kill off the weed buildup. If you can't picture where the water usually is, they are hard to interpret. In this picture, if you look closely at the Cypress trees, you can see the normal waterline. All that lush grass between me and those thousand year old trees is normally under water. And usually thick with duck moss and hydrangea.

Way to go Mudder! That's a long drive for a speck, but I bet it tasted great with DU's cooking!! I just got back from St Marks, FL. And I must have caught 200 that were 1/2"shy of the 15" legal size :x We caught enough keepers to make it a great trip however.
