In the next few weeks, he will be making a batch of Jerky and loading some ammo for the Elk hunt. :D

Same kid, same gun, different animal. We got to stalk several and he was a trooper. It was never above 32F, in this photo, it is 14F. Picked his animal out of a herd of about 30 and put it down at 350 yards. Needed some help field dressing. :mrgreen:

I not completely sure, but the deer pictured, may not be a deer at all? I'm thinking it's looking awfully good, as a Candidate for a 350+ pound Elk, and shot at 350yds! Those 250gr FTX bullets, seem amply up to deciding the various issues!!
