Added an Eotech to my 5.56 upper

XPS2-2
Small and light, with 2 ea 1 MOA dots. It is not NVG compatible and is 1X magnification.
Zeroed at 22m (On my pistol range cause I didn't feel like slogging in mud on my rifle range) instead of 25m in 12 rounds.
According to the -10 for this sight the top dot is good for 10 to 300m and the bottom dot is for 500m. The bottom hash on the circle is supposed to be POA for 7m or less. When I tested this, it was hitting 2 feet high. I reengaged using the the top dot and it was dead on.
Target aquisition is quick but it's going to take some practice on dot aquisition for longer ranges. CQB type shooting...pick a dot and you're punching flesh. I really like the unit and, from the bench, tore the hell out of a 4" x 4" square on the target with 164gr Speer Gold Dots SPs.
Can't wait to burn some more powder on Saturday.

The Eotech I chose was based off of weight and size and the fact that I have no need for NVG compatible sights anymore. There were only 3 reticle options on this particular sight: Biohazard, one dot and 2 dot. I did not see the 4 dot version, sorry.
