Hello , I have been thankful for this site for a few years now,and I have benifited from it back in the day before reloading the 450 wasn't published and I thank you. I have run into a dilemma this year hog hunting. I thought I had my bases covered with a removable day scope and nightvision scope. A laser set up on the top gas block rail with a flip up battle sight to use for close quarter and nightvision goggles. I now realize after being eluded by a monster hog that I blew 3 separate hunts over a 2 week period I now need offset open night sights. I want to use Troy HK style flip up sights. I see yhm has a gas block height adapter that would achieve what I am looking for. Is this my only choice I am not sold on the yhm part. I hope there are some other options please let me know. I apologies if this has been discussed before , but flipping thru all the topics I could not find what I was looking for.
Thank you

Thanks for the response ghost dog , I've seen the yhm offsets. The problem is I would like an offset bracket that compensates for the gas block height so I can use troy h&k flip up night sights. I have several 450's and 1 has the yhm gas block front sight so I will order the yhm offsets and see how they work with that rifles set up, that is my #2 rifle that hunting guests use. For my #1 hog slayin 450 I really need offset night sights and I know yhm makes a gas block adapter that would probably work with the yhm offset then put the troy sight but that turns into a 3 piece set up on my gas block seems like too much bs and screws to come loose. It seems as though someone must manufacture a offset for gas blocks. Thank you for the warm welcome to the campfire I love slayin hogs here in fla. day & night , and my kids love eatin them.

Would love to post some carnage , have not figured out how to with my I pad. This has been a good season 4 deer and 5 hogs. When I figure it out I will post some pics I wanted to add a pic to the 450 rifle thread of my south florida air plant camo paint job I did on my hog slayer , between my realistic camo 450 and my ghillie I feel like living vegatation that brings death to the game I prey! I love my 450's
