Thumper Gets a serious upgrade.

Postby Texas Sheepdawg » Tue Oct 18, 2016 9:43 am

OK so I was I was saying in my previous post, my uncle brought over one of his ARs (300 blackout) with an ATN X-Sight II 5-20 day/night scope on it. Well guys. I immediately fell in love with it. We hunted with it that night and I brought along my FLIR Scout. When we left the hunting grounds later that night, my uncle said to me "man I haven't had this much fun in a long time". Even though we left empty handed, we did leave with brass on the ground, and a new understanding of just how these new technologies were a huge game changer in the feral hog war.
So yesterday, Thumper got a huge upgrade.

this is one of those wierd 'you must have gotten a good one' things

i read nothing but sh!t talking about the ATN X sight, on multiple forums. its been something i've been interested in but have yet to pull the trigger on because of all the bad reviews it gets.

here's to hoping yours turns out to be as good of a product as your uncle's!
