Just built a 450 AR. Not my first AR build but first in this caliber
Will be shooting hogs with this. The property my wife and I hunt on the blinds are no more than 75 yards from feeders.
Thinking a red dot would work at this distance and just looking for feedback on suitability at this range.

can't say on a 450, but my beater 223 truck gun wears a old comp 2 Aimpoint and any woodchuck under 75yds is usually eagle bait.

So I'd say your good for hogs with a RDS, practice and see how it works out
