+1 on the Nikon Omega. The glass works well in low light. The scope has held up to the recoil well. Like the long eye relief. I use these Leupold Rifleman see-through scope rings (http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct/?productnumber=812371, $15.99). They are angled and I mount them angled forward and they allow forward mounting of the scope (about 1/2 inch) which helps with eye relief when positioning the scope onto the AR flat-top. The BDC reticle has very thin lines that allow precision aiming and do not obstruct the target. Mainly use the cross to shoot but like the option of the ballistic circles for longer distances.
Have taken elk (74 yards) and javelina (85 yards) with the Nikon Omega while attached to my muzzleloader.
