You guys were right it just needed to be broken in!

Went back to the range yesterday morning... put a box through it without a single ejection issue.

This thing is NASTY accurate. With my 4 power trijicon accupoint at 100 yards all 5 shots touching, thats just insane! This is my new go to deer rifle, hands down!

Season starts next saturday, can't wait!

Thanks for all the help.

Im going to go back to the range before the season starts, but generally....if its zeroed at 100 whats the POI at 50 yards, 150 yards, and 200 yards? Do you guys hold over or under at all when hunting or just aim right on out to 200?

Thanks,

Tyler

Nice shooting, especially with a 4X at 100yds! Do post your hunting results, with pics...

Check out the Hornady Ballistics Calculator at http://www.hornady.com/ballistics-resou ... calculator. You can compute the rise or drop for different ranges. Depending on how you hunt, a zero at 200 yds may be a better choice. Based on my experience, with a zero at 100 yds, you will also be on at 50 and about 3" low at 200. And run a few cases with a side wind. This can have more impact than distance on where the bullet lands.

Where i'll be hunting ill never have a shot over 150 yards. Thats why I zeroed at 100... so if i take a shot at 150 and aim pretty much right on, maybe a touch high I should be all set, thats good to know!
