Bushmaster free float tube

Hey guys I'm new to the form but I got a question for you. Do any of you know where I could get the longer hand guard tube that comes on the 450 bushmaster 20 inch upper with the vent cut outs? I'd like to put it on my 16 inch upper that currently has the shorter tube. I would assume the longer one would just thread right on the same barrel nut. Thanks for the help!

Maybe somebody out there has one that they've taken off? Otherwise, I think Brownells has them. In the future, I'm planning on removing the one on my 20" and replacing it with a Samson Evolution series. But that's not gonna be anytime soon. I do have a longer YHM tube that will be available for sale in the next few weeks. It's the one currently on my 6.5 Grendel. It has its own proprietary barrel nut that comes with it.

I was going to put a quad rail on mine the aftermarket rail would not fit on the Bushmaster barrel nut however a new barrel nut was supplied with the rail.

My new Samson tube for my 6.5 Grendel came in today! WooHoo! Tomorrow, she gets her facelift!

You can call Bushmaster and order one directly over the phone. They are slow shippers but stuff eventually shows up.

Also, I have rifle length tubes for sale with the Bushy thread. Mine just don't have any cutouts.

Thanks for the help. I ordered direct from Bushmaster about a week ago and got new handguard today. It's perfect for what I wanted longer and screwed right on barrel nut.
