Has anyone had experience with the quality and accuracy of either Windham or Tromix .450 BM ?

I bought a Tromix barrel and bolt. The barrel was bad and had to be replaced, the bolt extractor was also bad. Customer service was good and after those issues were resolved, the barrel shot well enough and was fairly accurate. It did leave some weird horizontal marks on the brass, and I decided to go in a different direction.

IIRC, Windham is staffed mostly from the original Bushmaster crew with I assume the machines left behind when Bushmaster left town. So all the folks out there who have the original Busmaster 450s can attest to the quality of their work.

In Theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In Practice, there is.
