Getting some of these from Steinel Ammo. Making a long list of stuff I want to smash with them! :

Not yet...been building a chicken coop and run and tearing out the old ones...range time arriving soon, though. I'm going to be launching them from a 20" DPMS/Remington, which is the same type of rig I think Steinel used. See how well velocity matches up. I assume these were developed for extreme penetration performance, but I'm not sure what to use to test that yet. Grizzly carcasses are a bit scarce here in Oklahoma...

I understand. It’s been super busy here on the farm. We did manage to get the bench for the 100 yard range repainted and set back out on the range. While it was O/S, we tilled up the area where the bench sits and tried to level it out a bit. Then we put down some cedar mulch to help control weeds. It’s been a rainy season so far and I spend a lot of time mowing the range. Thank God I got a tractor and a bush hog to make the job more manageable. The pistol range right now, is O/S and all the steel is stacked up on a pallet while I try to till and smooth up that area but the rain keeps making it too muddy to till. Meanwhile I keep finding bullets on line that I want to bench test. I am so far behind on my loading bench I’m afraid I’ll never catch up. I’ve got stacks of bullets piled up on the bench. Anyway. Good to see activity here. I was getting worried because I haven’t been getting any email notifications lately.
