Remington R-15 in .450

Postby Billsmith63 » Tue Jan 17, 2012 3:02 pm

Just took a look at the on-line Remington catalog and didn't see the R-15 in .450 Bushmaster included. Maybe its there and I overlooked it. Does anyone know if Remington has discontinued it?

I've had one for quite a while now. I'm disappointed that Remington is discontinuing the caliber. They still have the ammo listed in the new catalog. It's good to have more than one major company manufacturing the .450 to give the caliber staying power. Maybe one day, we would be able to buy our ammo in Walmart:)

It would be nice to have more places carrying the ammo. I buy some factory loaded ammo to get brass, but my local Gander Mountain has Hornady ammo for about $38/box.

If you're looking for ammo try ammoseek.com I just got 3 boxes delivered to my house cheaper than I could drive and find it

Yeah, you might as well forget local retail for this ammo...online is the cheapest way to get it.

I wouldn't tear it up, if you really want black instead of camo, you might be able to work out a trade with someone.

Welcome aboard, Hostile1....you'll like this place. Not sure your checkbook will, though...you've officially entered the 450b crack zone! Try to maintain control... :)
