Actually, if the 9 rounders do not stick down so far as to interfere with shooting off of a BR1000 front rest and rear bag, I suppose I could just leave them long.
I did email Midway and asked if they were considering AR Stoner 5 rounders to go with their 9 rounders and a fellow from the product development group actually responded fairly promptly. The news wasn't good, but at least he responded.
