building a suppressor

Hello folks, I'm looking for info on building a suppressor for my AR with the 450 bushmaster upper. I'm a gunsmith and own several lathes and a mill so machining is not a problem for me. This is my primary deer hunting rifle, I've got an NFA trust started and I'd like to keep what hearing I have left intact in the coming hunting seasons. I don't intend to use subsonic ammo, if I just make the blast a little quieter when shooting from a blind I'll be happy.
