buying an upper

i am in the market for buying a complete upper

tromix lightweight blued with keymod rail and brake 18 in

gryphon trading stainless with keymod rail and brake 16 in

they are 50 bucks difference both are completewith BCG and charge handle. i really want stainless and a mod rail forend
I ask Pros and Cons to both seem both have pretty loyal following here
