Something besides my 5 rounds mags?.? Preparing for a hog hunt and would like to have the extra capacity

the old 30rd Sig 223 mags ran flawless for me too, think they held 10 or 11.

That's good to know. I don't need but the 5 rounders for deer. But figured since it's an unlimited hog hunt I'd want plenty

An AR15 20-round mag should hold 7 450 BM rounds without modifications. Stay away from the larger capacity AR mags that are curved. Due to the straight sides on the 450BM case, they don't go around corners and will hang up the follower, but you may be able to get a few more rounds into one before this happens.

Jim is absolutely right... stay away from any mags that are not straight like the 20rd AR15 mags we use.

The membership here will confirm, 30rd curved body mags are nothing but trouble.

I suggest you buy a couple extra 7rd BartZ mags and practice mag changes while under duress like when climbing a tree to escape from an angry sow. :D
