If you leave your zero at 50 yards, are you shooting high at 100 yards? If so, how many inches?

According to the Ballistic Calculator at Handloads.com, using factory Hornady 250gr (BC .210), a 50yd zero would see a POI rise of about half an inch (80yds) before it starts dropping.
In Theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In Practice, there is.

Thanks. I was just trying to get a feel for the trajectory that he actually sees.

With mine zero'ed at 100 yards, I keep the same exact POI at 50 yards which is odd. At 200 yards it seems that I drop about 6.5 inches. This is with the factory Hornady 250gr ammo.

Temp was only in the high 30's the day I tested and I have a 16 inch barrel. I have not chrono'ed any 450 BM loads yet. I'm very much just starting to play with this cartridge.

Thanks!
