I'm not a reloader so I'm restricted to Fac ammo. But have any of you guys that reload tried any of the Barnes Expander MZ bullets? I use them in my Knight muzzle loader and the results are wonderful. Just wanted to know from you guys if you tried them. Result and accuracy. Many complaints on the results on deer from the factory ammo, ie...no blood trails, no past thru's, ect.. I have not shot one with my AR 450 yet so I have no comment. I'm sure lot has to do with placement of shot. But I like what I get from the MZ Barnes.

Thanks so much,

Greg

Dunno about the MZ, but few guys are using the 200 and 275 TSX with good results.

I shot a few of the 250gr TEZ in my bolt gun for accuracy, but no hair test, which I'm sure they would perform flawless.

Thanks Al,
I see how they perform in the Muzzleloader. they just peel back like a flower, just beautiful. They show weights from 195 to 300. Just thought it would be an awesome round for the 450. With all the testing guys do on here I thought maybe someone had looked at them. We'll see as more people look at this post. Thanks again Al

As do the 200 and 275 TSX/XPB bullets for less money.

I did a lot of research on them 6 years ago.
