A 45 ACP round is 20 thousandths of an inch smaller in diameter. Use that as an initial gauge for predicting compatibility. If it falls through the opening, there's a good chance the 450b will also. Not an absolute indicator but for sure, if the 45 doesn't go, the 450b wont either. Best approach is to lay a caliper to the port and measure it.
