Aagil Arms?

So I am planning to purchase a 450 upper in time for hunting season this year. I already picked out the one I wanted, but I had some free time today and stopped into a local shop to see what they carried. The only 450 uppers they carried were made by Aagil Arms. I have never heard of this company and the person behind the counter didn't know anything about them.

So what is the word on these? Just one of the many pop up AR companies? Their website doesn't say anything about the specifics of their stuff... like what type of aluminum is used, what kind of rail, what type of barrel... etc. This makes me want to avoid them, but I thought I would post in here to see if anyone knows anything about them.
