Hi all, a few weeks ago I contacted Kaw Valley about a comp we could use on the standard 450 Bushmaster thread pattern. I was shown a pic of what was coming and now they are here available for order. They have a 2.25 inch and 3.25 inch magnum model in 11/16-24 thread pattern for most ARs and Ruger rifles. I will definitely be ordering one of these. I have no affiliation with Kaw Valley. Just a happy customer who uses one of these linear comps on my walking around ground hog rifle. Thanks and happy shooting.

Great news! Are you ordering the 2.25 or the 3.25? Look forward to your report. Do you have a conventional brake to compare it with?

Not sure which size yet. Still debating how much weight I want on the muzzle. I'll be comparing this to a Next Level Armament brake. The current brake does a great job, but it's a bit rough on naked ears while hunting. I still hunt most of the time and snap shots are the norm.
