Anybody patterned the Hornady 245s out of a 450b yet? I just got some to try in a 20" Bushy and Ruger American...now need time to get to the range.

Will do. This is the sort of load that should've been the original Hornady factory load, but at about 2350fps. Now they need to do a 200gr GMX at 2400.

Indeed...Hornady was the original developer and marketer the 450b factory load, and they seem to have just ignored it for years until the 245gr came out. Very strange behavior, if you ask me. I've contacted them numerous times over the years about a 200gr copper boolit load...no response of any kind.

I shot them today as a back up to my standard deer rifle, and primary pig gun. I did not attempt a real target shoot, but am pleased to report they shot three shots under an inch out of my rifle (18" barrel w/Ross brake). Most definitely minute of hog. What I do not have is ballistic info and did not have time to get a chrono set up. If anyone has that data please pass it on as I could only shoot at a 100 yard range and would like to estimate 200 yard drop. I enjoy hand loading, but with the crimping and all, and a real hunting bullet available, I may just go with this if it performs in the field.

I have found the Hornady ballistic calculator on their website (the standard one, not the one that takes into account the rotation of the earth while the bullet is in the air :-) ) to be pretty accurate. Put in the correct bullet weight and other parameters and the velocity off the box. You should be able to get a good idea of the factory load performance from that out to as far as you want to go, especially if you are looking at MOPig type accuracy, which is what I do.
