Accuracy full mag

I was reading an article where they mentioned their AR in 450 was more accurate feeding one round at a time rather than loading the mag. I’ve never heard of this. Never tested it either. Anyone ever experience this? I also remember one of the barrel makers out there only guaranteeing moa accuracy if shooting one round with an empty mag.

I tried that with my Lilja barreled 223 upper a couple of times, no change in accuracy. When I'm playing with the 450, it's either 3 or 5rds in the mag, have never single loaded it to try that.

Now you've got me wondering.... I JUST shot my 450 build the other day and had to single load due to not having the proper mags yet, but it did shoot ok. I've heard of bullets creeping a little in the brass due to recoil, which will change their OAL which in turn could have an effect on accuracy, but that would probably be on a case by case basis. A sturdy crimp i would think could mitigate that.
