so I'm still having issues with what I'm assuming is under gassed. I have exhausted all ideas except swapping the carbine buffer for the H3 thats in it now. Or possibly opening up the gas port even larger which I really hate to do. Since I have the adjustable gas block maybe it wouldn't hurt to go more then the .091 its already at?

I'd try a standard buffer first.

you try running it with a well oiled upper?

What are you waiting for? More mass is not a remedy for a lack of gas.
