So I got to looking at the bushmaster website and I found the part, B.M.A.S. 3-rail gas block part #YHM-9370. I guess I could just order it and put it on.

If not that I'll just buy the B.M.A.S. rail for the rifle length handguard.

The Bushmaster site is a pain to find anything on. In the printed catalog I got about a year ago they listed a folding front sight that fit on the low profile gas block. I can't find it on the web site and now I can't find the catalog to get a product number. Maybe a phone call to Bushmaster?
My Daddy was wrong when he said: "When a man turns 60 he ought to be able to trade his testicles in on a new set of teeth." Oatmeal and soup don't sound too bad.

It sure looks like that keyhole shaped base was made to fit right over the fake gas block.

What do you think? Would this work for us?

Bill

Yes that BMAS for about 109$$ is the answer to your problem
And will fit. I think I posted a picture of it in another recent post.

THANK YOU!

I try to read most of the postings here, but I must have missed that one.

In the mean time, I found the Dueck Defense RTS, and I'm kinda " jonesin' " over that one! LOL

Apparently the bushmaster server is down. Can't access it
Through my Wi Fi and can't access it through my ATT 3G
Network. Called and they were putting me on eternal hold.
