I put an accuwedge in my bushmaster.

Anyway I had to trim it to get the action to close so it has a little compression. I also use an o-ring around the front pivot point to take up the little slop up there. System is rock solid. The o-ring needs to be replaced every so often because it gets cut up with the opening and closing of the upper. I got this tip off of the AR15 site.

;) Thanks... I'll try trimming the wedge with a razor. 8-) ...and the o-ring sounds like a "great" idea!!! I'll try that too! :)
