Hey Gunnut. Your A1 Recoiless Stock is Awesome and with Rosses' Muzzle Brake,
I would compare felt recoil very close to a 7.62X39! Video #2 shows clearly that
The Recoiless stock and the Ross Brake make a fantastic combination.

NICE! That hole in the steel is amazing! I'll almost feel bad shooting a deer with mine...almost  !!

I hit that steel on the third shot during the first video. You can hear it PING!
I was surprised I hit it. It was very windy and I was having a hard time staying on target shooting
off hand. The second video sort of tells the tale when I missed that milk jug. The wind gets pretty
stiff out here. Also, I didn't have the scope zoomed in. But it wasn't the equipment, it was me not
managing the wind very well. I was stunned to find that the bullet had punched a hole in Quarter inch
steel like that from that range. But what really impressed me was how the Recoilless stock and the
Ross Brake had cut the felt recoil.

Made my day!

The 450 Bushmaster. Turning barriers into concealment.

I'm so glad you like it and Gunnuts stock performance was impressive.

I was very impressed on many levels. The only thing I didn't really like was the DPMS trigger/hammer. I polished them out to a mirror finish, but the trigger just didn't feel crisp. But I'm still waiting on my Bushmaster order, I broke down and bought some DPMS parts along with a non-rotating hammer/trigger pin set which I DO like. I had a spare set of JP yellow springs for the trigger group. The scope, (just to refresh memories), is a Nikko Stirling. Over all, I am pretty pleased with the results so far. But I really want to get my two stage Bushmaster trigger.
So it's still not the finished product.

I'm gonna measure the size of that hole. It was larger than the round that punched it. Thanx Hoot!

My brother and I guessed 3/4", and your average is pretty close to that.

Amazing power in this cartridge!
