Looks like Windham Weaponry has started shipping product...saw some 16" .233/5.56 carbines and mags listed on Cheaper Than Dirt's website today. Seemed very reasonably priced, too. Lets hope they get back into the 450b business. :)

Perhaps I shouldn't, but I cant help the feeling of disappointment.

"Cheaper Than Dirt" ?

That's their opener?

Am I missing something?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with CTD!! That's a Ft. Worth, TX based outfit and we even have a CTD store in McKinney, TX. You walk into either store and you will quickly realize that they are a fantastic source. The McKinney store has wall to wall black rifles. Can't do it right now, but will try to post some pics later of the store in McKinney. I hawk that joint like a buzzard on road kill. Also, I just received my YHM upper and diamond hand guard from CTD. Ordered it on line weds. and Fed Ex Ground handed it to me Friday morning two days later.

Fear not, CTD is a major player in the "outdoors" arena...I've bought all kinds of falderall from them. Check out the website at http://cheaperthandirt.com ,you'll probably like it.

Just cut link from top of browser and paste it in your post. As long as the "http" is included it should be active.

Thank you. I stand corrected.

I had always thought of CTD as a reasonable place to get Military Surplus, but I have always been wary of their other products.

Who knew?

CTD is also one of the best sources for lowest price ammo. Their retail store also has a catalog "window" where you can buy things from the mail order catalog that are not in the retail store. I've bought Glocks and Crimson Traces and Lasermaxes and all kinds of stuff there, as well as ammo. You'll get past the name within about 10 seconds of setting foot inside the store or the web site.
