I guess I picked the wrong time to be looking for the 450 BM ammo. All the links posted here are either out of stock or broken.
Cabelas has lost their mind on prices, unless you can walk into their showroom and buy it off the shelf. The Manager at Cheaper than Dirt
in McKinney Texas told me if I would buy his Remington 450 Bushmaster, he would start carrying the shells...How screwed up is that?
I told him I already had the gun and was just looking for ammo. Midway is O/S, a buddy of mine referred me to a shop in AL where I finally managed to find some. It was pricey. But I did find some brass and I am trying to find good hard data for handloading.

Thanx! I did find some in AL and they are shipping me a few boxes, but it was pricey. Next time, R&R will definitely get my business.
I gotta do a lot of research on handloading, but meanwhile, I want to get a good supply of factory stuff to tide me over.
I will say this, If you are shooting a 450B and you don't use a brass catcher religiously, I hope you got
a midget with gloves catching for you. The availability of components for this rounds are still dodgey. I still cant find the full die set in stock.
Cabelas says they won't be restocked until after Christmas and Midway says they wont have anymore factory ammo until the middle of January. And as for Cheaper than Dirt....Ha! Don't even waste your oxygen...They will sell you the gun, but will only supply the ammo if you buy the gun from them. At least that is what the Franchize owner of the McKinney, Texas Store is telling me.

I get mine through Midway USA: they deliver to the door, they deliver faster than I can find the time to get to a store, and they have it readily available. They also sell the components for those of us that reload. The fact that they donated millions to the NRA youth programs over the years helps a bunch as well!

Excellent. Just ordered 4 boxes, to go with the 16" upper I ordered from BM. This will be fun.

Will put an "old" Simmons 10X sitting in a 1-piece Armalite mount for the flat top.
