I sent an email to Hornady asking them to make .450b in Superformance with Non-Lead bullets.

Their reply was to wait and see what they release in Dec. 2010. I sure hope they produce this round so I can hunt in the "Condor Zone" of California.

I was just thinking the same thing not even a month ago. I really like the .308 superformance. :D I wish Remington would hurry up and release their AccuTips as well. I swear the AccuTips have had the longest PR build up than anything I have ever seen. Another one I have always wanted is a copper solid designed for dangerous game Like Federals Cape-Shok line but in a factory load for our cartridge.

The pickings are starting to get a little slim! The Cabelas up the road had several boxes but wanted $30 each for them. I suppose by the time I pay shipping it will be about that much anyway

If you were looking for a big bore AR based on ammo availability Here is a ARFcom thread that I read and get the impression our caliber is the most available/cheapest. Looks like some of the naysayers are starting to come around. :D

You're right, we are making head way. Thanks for the post over there, they don't like me or our weapon much, so I don't play with them. But there are many guys, over there, that want our advantages and are polluted by the Hype and caught in the head lights of lessor weapons and as such, since you posted, I noticed 1635 hits, so you bet we've got interest..t
