Judging by the amount of "paper trauma" that I witnessed today, I'm inclined to believe you sight unseen. I'm still riding a 450 rush, can't wait to see what it does at the 100yd range. If today is any indicator I'll be more than pleased.

Absolutely pleased with my 450 as well, with a few recoil reducing items added, she is a joy to shoot at any time for as many rounds as you desire. One of the guys up here just got a 450 rifle and he was surprised at the amount of recoil compared to the 5.56, the metal butt of the A2 stock left a few marks on his shoulder. LOL I then let him shot a few rounds through my 450 and he said it was a world of difference, he ordered a ACE Skeleton stock with the thick butt pad that afternoon.

Thanks for the info. I love the 450 but kicks a little much for this old man.

I just installed the Burris PEPR scope mount on mine. It looks rock solid and much less expensive than some similar mounts that Brownell's sells.

I have a collapsable stock on my 450B and I added a limbsaver slip on recoil pad and it really helps take the jolt out of shooting.. Worse case its a $10 spent that you could take back for a return if you dont like it
