For a while the uppers where scarcer than hen's teeth, but now you see them floating around.
Either they ramped up production after the move or the demand has decreased.

Make sure you read the fine print in Cabelas coupons. Many times they exclude firearms and ammunition, preferring to have you buy the higher profit margin items like apparel. Last time I went to the local one, the floor space dedicated to apparel dwarfed reloading, optics, ammunition and firearms combined. Gotta love it...

I just checked, Cabela's has the 16" on sale for $549.99.
