The magazine is not the original mag, my buddy is sending me the original mag. I should get it by thursday. i'm currently using
an 30rds Ar15 mag with the 450B follower, i can only fit 10rds in that 30rds Ar mag.

Let's wait and see. I bet the lips on that 30'rounder might be your culprit.

yeah..as for now i'm out of luck until the original mag get here. I'm going down my list, to see why its jamming and failure to extract/eject...buffer spring or buffer?? what is that standard length on a buffer spring? i'm Thinking about replacing the spring and the buffer to see if it makes a difference.

From my experience, the 450B functions well with both a rifle and a carbine buffer system. I've shot mine off of 3 different lowers and had no issues. As far as springs' lengths, I really don't know what length without taking one of my rifles down and pulling a spring out to measure. However, I would wait and try the factory mag first.
There is a small mod you can make to a factory mag to make it perform better but I'll need to make a few pics. But if you have laws restricting you to five or less rounds, this mod could get you in trouble. After I did my mod, my mag holds 7!

Yeah..I'll wait until the factory mag get here. I dont we don't have any restriction on a 10rds mag only 10+ rds only.
There is an ar15 dealer that sell the factory bushmaster 10rds for $49.99. So I'll. Heck them out on sat.

Is the 30rnd magazine that you are trying aluminum or stainless steel? I tried some aluminum mags with a single shot follower and it didn't work very well. Stainless might work a little better.

It's very difficult to trouble shoot a specific this way, which is why your smithy wants the weapon and ammo. But in the mean time, I'm wondering, is the extractor broken? And keep in mind, you could always send it back to Bushy, which isn't a bad thing, because then you'll have a full fledged gun crank looking over and correcting your whole system. This idea is preferable to a semi-skilled production worker, who only assembles systems..
