CVA cascade vs Ruger American Gen 2 Rifle

Hello All:
Tom New to the site. I had a Ruger gen 2 rifle (20 inch/16 twist) rifle on order but was just told that there would be a delay.
Seller stated that they had the CVA Cascade in stock for a few dollars more $ 50.00 +. That rifle has a 22-inch barrel with 24 twist rate.
I believe the cva is a Bergara barrel and action? I believe they are known for there accuracy. Has anyone here have either of the rifles>
Looking for some feedback before i make the jump. thanks for any information.

Myself I wouldn't buy a CVA anything I just will not buy a foreign made product especially if I can get something made in the USA that will do the same thing.....also I look down on CVA bring back old memories of there cheep blackpowder guns....
