What barrel twist do you have there?

As for numbers in the mag, you could always make the rig function AR Mags??

Sounds like the 450 bolt gun is getting there.Not many have a 450 BG.If michigan allows the 450 we'll be happy campers in the southern zone.I bet a lot of hunters will want a 450.If it gets passed please let us know.I hope all the stupid political stuff going on now doesn't mess things up.

Thanks for making the effort and taking the time to post some photos of the finished rifle. I think the stock is attractive; I have admired some of Boyd's laminate patterns, and the black/grey pattern is a nice complement to the blued receiver and polished barrel. It's nice to know that it shoots as good as it looks.

What I cannot comprehend is how your workbench top looks neat and clear and clean. I lost sight of mine a couple of years ago. I think it's made of wood.
