New Ruger American Rifle in 450 Bushmaster.

Looks like Ruger did a production of their Ruger American Rifles in the 450 bushmaster. My pops ordered one, if it shoots like the other American rifles it should be a home run! I can't upload the photos, sorry.

Web search engines cannot seem to find any trace of the Ruger American Rifle in 450 Bushmaster. I cannot find any evidence of their existence on ruger.com. Perhaps I am simply inept today
How about a location or other info for the shop from which your dad ordered his?
Any links? Anybody?

The info Al posted is correct. They are a special limited production for a shop in Bad Axe Michigan. My dad made the 3 hour drive yesterday and picked his up. He opted for the 16" ranch rifle for shooting out of a box blind. He's going to mount the scope and do some shooting possibly this coming week.

I just got off the phone with Randy's. They have the 16" threaded barreled ones in stock at $529. They expect a shipment of 22" non-threaded ones in a couple weeks. Those will be priced at $499.
This is the last thing I needed to hear. They are about a 2 1/2 hour drive from me... I must resist!!!!
