I shot a doe with my RAR and 200gr xpb bullet hand load. Her lungs were in pieces and her heart had a third of it missing. She still ran 75 yards. The problem with this round is that it left a lot of the surrounding meat blood shot. I may have to back the MV down some. My brother in law borrowed my RAR and shot his doe with the 240gr XTP hand load. There wasn't as much internal damage shooting that bullet compared to the 200gr XPB bullet and there was minimal blood shot meat. His doe ran maybe 35 yards before dropping. The damage to the rib cage was less with my brother in laws doe than with mine and blood shot meat was minimal. Both does were about 50yds away when shot. I didn't get a chance to shoot my CVA Scout V2 as I had family obligations to attend to. I'll report on it later.
