does the predator version have the same bbl configuration as the regular patriot for mounting a muzzle brake? ( 11/16" -24 )

I would love to know how the 20” version performs. I was dead set on a 20” Ruger, but Classic Firearms has the Mossberg listed right at $300

That’s a $200 savings! My hesitation would be the general quality of the cheaper rifle and the twist rate. The Ruger is 1 / 16 and I think I’d be shooting 250 grain bullets. I know lots of people are going heavier, but I just got away from slinging cannon balls out of a pheasant gun (a Mossberg 500, BTW); a lighter, faster bullet has a lot of appeal! Is that 1 / 24 going to be a problem?
