OK, now I'm part of the group! :D

I just hung up the phone with a dealer in MI that has (had) a 16" upper in stock. It's shipping out to me today along with an extra mag and a couple of boxes of Hornady 250gr SST. :D

Now I need to start shopping around for a scope and rings/mount.

That's awesome 9x19MdM.
I got mine back in August after waiting several weeks for Cabelas to get their shipment of 16" uppers. Paid 549.00 and got an Armalite mount 100 bucks and a sale priced Bushnell Elite 4200 from Bass Pro for 159.00.
This is a sweet shooter. Got a couple boxes of Hornady and had it shooting Sub-2 inch groups @ 100 yards when said and done. I got a Winchester Limbsaver slip on recoil pad from Walmart for 20.00 bucks! The exact same Limbsaver anywhere else packaged for Limbsaver is 35 bucks. It makes a big difference to shoot more accurately with the recoil pad. Very nice and smooth. Not bad though without it if you got the A2 stock like mine.
I have killed 3 deer with my bow this season and haven't yet had the chance to line up on a hog or deer. But I feel it coming soon. Enjoy!

Howdy and welcome, pull up a stump and stay a while. New comers get to make the smores.

I say: Pass the smores on the left hand side. I digress

New guy here, just thought i would introduce myself. Been lurking on here for awhile but decided to sign up to learn more and hopefully contribute. Anyways, I Built up a 16" 450 on a Stag lower recently and it has quickly become a favorite of mine. Already ordered most of my stuff to reload this, just need brass! Anyone looking to part with any for a fair price let me know! Just been buying hornady ammo and hoarding the brass like the rest of you! hahaha. Well.... see you around...
