Saw a new all copper bullet

Postby Hoot » Wed Dec 01, 2010 7:31 pm

I saw a new (for me) 185gr solid copper bullet listed at Midway for about half the price of Barnes. It looks exactly like the Barnes TAC-XP to me. If it wasn't 5 months until comfortable shooting season, I'd get some right now. If no one else does by then, perhaps I will still do so. About the same price as the Hornady FTX bullets. Perfect weight for whitetails. How they expand at faster/flatter 450b speeds would be a key factor.
