You Jest; but that price for 22lr is beginning to become a reality around here!
I haven't seen any 22lr on a shelf at a price I can afford in over a year. However, I do keep looking and hoping.

I used to take my grandkids out for a Saturday afternoon at the range almost every week. Those four would go through at least 1500 - 2000 rounds in six hours of fun with Ole' Grandpa. Now, I can't afford to buy one box of 350 rounds of cheap bulk crap. It's enough to make a grown man cry.
