I found Lil Gun!!!

I wandered into a small gun store yesterday and found the last pound of lil gun in the free world. I have been looking for over 4 months and was beginning to think somebody had made it up. Now for the current problem, how can I get it from el paso to Shreveport without driving? Any thoughts?
Is anybody out there in the El Paso area? I'm gonna be here awhile so if anybody's in the area ,let's shoot!!!

I'm NOT saying you should do this. I'm just saying' what I've heard..... As we all know, shipping powder must be done with a ground carrier and a hazmat fee. Ammunition, on the other hand does not require a hazmat fee. Someone MIGHT get some used 50 BMG brass with the spent primer still in it, fill them with powder, tap a .50 cal lead bullet in them and ship their ammunition home. Bullets can be pulled. Again, not recommending you do this, just saying'....

Yeah I was thinking of loading it into 12 gauge shells and going that route. It's funny that I can fly with ammo but I can't with powder. Crazy!!!!!

The shotgun shell shipping ploy has been described previously in this forum. In a thread about powder, on 30 April 2013 I proposed this method for shipping small amounts of powder between individuals who know and trust each other. Here's the link:

Check the UPS website for packaging and labeling requirements for shipping ammunition.

Yeah Bob I remember that thread. I would have given you credit for the idea if I could have remembered who posted it. I checked ups and ammo is no issue as long as it's not over 60 lbs. Looks like I'm gonna be loading up some shotgun shells tonight. Ken

I found that you can use pennies to seal the end of those shells.
